Nick began his career at McKinsey and has led multiple technology startups as CEO.

Nick got serious about AI in 2015, years before it became a boardroom conversation. He is now an AI adviser to multiple companies.
Human developer
Nick has accumulated over 20,000 hours as an executive coach, culture change leader, transformation programme designer and leadership adviser to large organisations.
Nick is a deeply curious learner, with university-level studies spanning Mathematics, Modern and Medieval French, Management Studies, Accounting, Theology, Classical and Medieval Islamic History, and Islamic Law. His friends joke that he never quite worked out how to hand back his student card. That curiosity finds its natural home in 1956, which takes its name from C.P. Snow’s warning about the two cultures, the divide between the scientific and the human. It is a divide Nick has spent a lifetime happily ignoring.
